  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when it is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order using the link provided.

5. Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
  • Prime Stitch is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

9. Damaged or Open Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:
    • Do not accept the delivery (if possible), or
    • Contact us within 24 hours with photos for assistance.
